Museum Stadt Miltenberg
Home, Art and History
Let the charme of the half-timbered houses enchant you. The buildings are more than 400 years old and host an exhibition telling you all about the history of the town and the region: Life and labour of the people of Miltenberg since the 16th century as well as exhibitions with a focus on Jewish cultural objects, weapons, glass, earthenware, toys, Romans and many others.

River Main – Threat and Lifeline

Without the river Main Miltenberg would probably never have had any economic boom. On the other hand floods meant disaster and destruction. In this guided tour you will find out how people handled the threat and made the best possible benefit from the river.
